Cherry Creek Equine provides SMS text message notifications to clients who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive messages at the time of veterinary registration.

How We Collect Consent

When you register as a client with Cherry Creek Equine, our staff will ask for your mobile phone number and inform you that by providing it you are consenting to receive SMS reminders and notifications related to your horses’ care. Consent is documented in your client record. Consent is not a condition of receiving veterinary services.

  • Appointment reminders for upcoming farm visits
  • Vaccination and wellness care due notices
  • Medication refill notifications
  • Post-procedure follow-up check-ins
  • Lab result notifications
  • General health reminders related to your horses’ care

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your horses’ care needs and scheduled appointments. You may receive between 2 and 8 messages per month.
